Love this pillow! It is exactly as described. Soft. plush, with gentle support and perfect size for travel or extra pillow. The organic cotton case has a zipper so you can remove some of the wool to adjust the loft. Shipped quickly. Will buy again from this company.

I waited a very long time to purchase a wool mattress pad because I was reluctant to spend the money. But then I found this one and I'm so glad I waited. I was inspired to order because of the organic cotton cover. I received it quickly. I am sensitive to chemicals and I was delighted to discover that there was NO chemical odor when I opened it. Nothing to off gas. It is nice and thick and adds a level of comfort to my bed. But most importantly, I'm no longer overheating at night so I'm sleeping better.
